Previously, I mentioned using Behavioural Economics as one technique to make sure that the Performance Management Framework (PMF) drives the desired behaviours.

While it is now only being offered via archive (i.e. you cannot get any university credits or certificates for completing it) it is an easily accessible way of getting an introduction into this field.
