- April 2019 – Managing a PBC – while most of this blog is about developing or responding to a PBC, this article looks at operating a PBC; what needs to be done, when and by who.
- May 2019 – Inputs, Outputs and Outcomes; is there a difference? Discussion of the our desire to contract for outcomes, what it is, and how to avoid the common pitfalls of this contracting approach.
- June 2019 – How to choose a Performance Measure – central to the successful operation of a PBC is the selection and use of performance measures. While I have discussed performance measures, this is a general discussion of the approach.
Additionally, during 2019 I also be releasing a number of PBC Case Studies that highlight certain aspects of setting up, starting and running a PBC regardless of whether you are a buyer or seller.
